自製雪糕的好處是可自己控制甜和脂肪的分量,帶有酒味的提子乾配上香濃軟滑的朱古力雪糕,味道濃郁又有雙重口感。
Ingredient and Portion
提子乾2杯
冧酒1杯
牛油2杯
全脂牛奶1杯
朱古力6安士
糖1/4杯
鹽1/8茶匙
雲呢拿香油2茶匙
Method
1. 將冧 酒和提子乾混合,浸至少四小時,瀝乾提子乾並倒去冧酒,待用。
2. 在不銹鋼鍋中加入牛油、全脂牛奶、朱古力、糖和鹽,並用中火拌勻至沸騰。
3. 當朱古力溶掉時,關火,加入雲呢拿香油,蓋好並放置4至24小時。
4. 將其置於雪糕機中,並按照生產商指示冷卻雪糕。
5. 於最後五分鐘加入提子乾,雪糕冷卻後即可享用。
