薯蓉粉 1杯
牛奶 3/4杯
火腿 2片
雜菜粒 1/2杯
牛油 1茶匙
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至190℃/375℉,在焗盤上掃上少許油。
2. 拌勻牛奶和薯蓉粉,做成薯蓉。
3. 煮溶牛油,拌入雜菜粒,加進薯蓉中,拌勻。
4. 用兩隻湯羹將薯蓉搓成多個小球。
5. 將薯球放進焗爐中,焗約5分鐘即成。
