清淡爽口易做的湯品,味道清淡,冬瓜有祛暑解毒的功效,適合夏季食用。
Ingredient and Portion
冬瓜 半片
免治豬肉 3両
青蔥 1棵
芫茜 1棵
Seasoning
薑粉 適量
生粉 3湯匙
鹽 適量
Method
1. 將冬瓜去皮去籽,切成約1厘米厚的片;青蔥切成蔥花;芫茜切成3厘米左右的小段。
2. 將免治豬肉放入一個大瓷碗中,倒入蔥花、少許薑粉,生粉、適量鹽,然後加入適量清水,用筷子將調味料攪拌均勻,攪拌時要向同一方向。
3. 鍋中放入4飯碗水,水煲滾後,將冬瓜片倒入鍋中煮5分鐘,然後將火調成中火,用筷子將免治豬肉分成5厘米直徑大小的丸子,放入鍋中,待丸子變成白色浮在水面上,放適量鹽在湯中,用勺子攪拌均勻後,放入芫茜,即可關火食用。
Tips
1. 喜歡菜式有醬油色的話,可以在攪拌免治豬肉時放入少量生抽,但同時要減少鹽的份量。
2. 喝湯時可以放少許白胡椒粉提味。
