鯪魚膠120克
菜脯1/4杯
甘筍1/4杯
紅甜椒1/2個
韮菜花1/2紥
生菜1棵
蒜茸1茶匙
生抽1茶匙
糖1/2茶匙
胡椒粉少許
麻油1/2茶匙
油2茶匙
Method
1. 燒熱1茶匙油,放入鯪魚膠,用鑊剷壓平煎成魚餅。取出略為冷卻後切幼粒成魚鬆。
2. 菜脯、甘筍、紅甜椒、韮菜花切幼粒。
3. 燒熱1茶匙油,炒香蒜茸,再加入菜脯、甘筍、紅甜椒及韮菜花炒勻。
4. 最後加入生抽、糖、胡椒粉及麻油炒勻即可上碟,以生菜包著吃。
