「榮式燒雞扒」以燒雞扒馳名，平日經過北角亦愛光顧，近來發現原來在澳門銀河綜合渡假城亦開了名為「榮式燒雞」的分店。這份雞扒撈丁的雞扒，維持了一貫水準，嫩滑又香噴噴，富有蜜糖香；而且比香港店的大份得多，十分抵食。丁麵的水準亦合格。 continue reading

係香港都曾光顧過，水準不錯，但在澳門倒是第一次見。雞扒撈丁是Wing Chicken的出品，但雞扒比香港比較薄身，所以會更入味，但又不會欠缺嚼口，而公仔麵淥得剛剛好，既不會一舊舊，又不會毫無彈性，灑上少許芝麻是更添香氣，伴碟有點菜蔬，吃起來健康一點。 continue reading

個人對香港榮式燒雞的雞扒飯沒留下特別印象，這次來到澳門銀河吃 雞扒撈丁 ($50) 卻有驚喜：除了撈丁上檯擺得久了仍然保持爽彈美妙口感，加上芝麻粒更加香口；同時雞扒也燒得乾身香口美味，又是好好吃。難怪成為教父的心水至愛，其實我也甚為欣賞這道菜! continue reading
