我已經在這店買了3次外賣,不論買東西多少 或 店內顧客多少,也是要等20分鐘而上,但由於百老滙美食街,只得寥寥可數的幾間食肆開門,所以別無選擇下幫襯了3次,每次在等外賣係一點都不好受。 continue reading

今日中午12點去到百老匯,已經見到門口排長龍,不過因為我是一個人用餐,很快就安排我坐2人的位置,不過我見其他人都好快入座,很多人吃飽就走,因為這家類似點心快餐店,內部環境尚可,但不算可以坐很久的,因為坐位大多數都是沒靠背的圓椅。這次點了四籠點心,分別是牛肉球、蘿蔔糕、酥皮叉燒包、馬拉糕。牛肉球和蘿蔔糕質地比較鬆散,個人食開比較堅挺質感的,味道普普通通。酥皮叉燒包,算是第一次食,其表面有一層類似菠蘿包的面,包質是餐包,甜甜的尚可。馬拉糕,又是較鬆,香味一般。還有留意隔離桌的食品,腸粉小小一碟,香菇滑雞飯也是小小一盎,其他炸物的份量也不算多,較小型。總括來說,在百老匯大街,如果很餓,不想多想,又想找點心吃的話,也可以選擇。 continue reading

這家來自香港的米芝蓮點心店終於登陸澳門,剛開業已成功在FACEBOOK上眾多美食討論區引起話題。從沒在香港吃這家店的我,今天放假專門來試試。下午3時左右來到,不用等位。兩個人叫了四樣東西。酥皮焗叉燒包是他們的招牌菜,果然名不虛傳,酥皮薄薄一層不會像其他店的般牛油吃太膩,叉燒餡很多還看得到較完整的叉燒片,調味不太甜味道剛剛好,正!黃沙豬膶腸是另一道招牌菜,但就不如叉燒包精彩,豬膶很硬不太新鮮,但腸粉的皮仍算滑,青芥末明蝦餃應該是沙律明蝦角的老友,沙律醬是綠色有芥末味的,面頭有些蟹子,外皮炸得夠脆餡料的蝦亦爽口,不錯。古法糯米雞則較失色,糯米太爛餡料有很多雞肉(&豬肉?),但因沒有蝦米、咸蛋等能提味的材料,所以不太香,說不上美味。 continue reading
