Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard customer service to our guests.
- Handle all kinds of reservations, including email, phone booking & walk-in, seats arrangement.
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation within the restaurant.
- Ad hoc support that assigned by Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 1 year or above Restaurant Receptionist related experience in F&B industry
- Good command of Chinese & English
- Experience in handling walk in customers / booking is surely an advantage.
- Clear mindset and detail minded
- Applicants with less experience would also be considered
- Immediate Available is an advantage
