Responsibilities / 職責包括

            Daily Operation / 日常營運

• Manage restaurant daily operation, including opening and closing, inventory management, food safety and hygiene, ensuring all processes to meet with company standard / 管理餐廳日常營運包括開店關店、庫存管理、食品安全與衛生，確保所有流程符合公司標準

Team Leadership and Development / 團隊領導與發展

• Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic team. Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and foster team member growth to create a positive, collaborative work environment / 招募、培訓及帶領一支充滿活力的團隊。負責員工排班、績效評估，並培養團隊成員的成長，營造積極協作的工作環境

Customer Focus / 顧客導向

• Ensure every customer enjoys a fast, friendly service experience that aligns with Jollibee's brand promise / 確保每一位顧客都能享受到快速、友善且符合Jollibee品牌承諾的服務體驗

Requirements / 應徵要求

At least 3 years of experience in the food service industry (chain fast food experience preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams
• Proficient in food safety regulations, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and details
• Energetic, proactive, able to handle pressure and challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Alignment with Jollibee's values
• Willing to work flexible hours on weekends and holidays, and stand for long periods
• Secondary school education or above
• 具備餐飲服務業至少3年以上的經驗（連鎖快餐業經驗者優先）
• 卓越的領導、溝通和人際交往能力，能夠激勵多元化的團隊
• 精通食品安全規範，對品質和細節有毫不妥協的堅持
• 充滿活力、積極主動，能在快節奏的環境中應對壓力和挑戰
• 認同Jollibee的價值觀，願意在週末、假日彈性工作，並能長時間站立工作
• 中學或以上學歷

Work Schedule / 工作時間

•  0800 – 1800
• 1100 – 2100 – Day Negotiable / 日數可協商
• 1400 – 0000 (+1) – Day Negotiable / 日數可協商
• 6 days / 6天工作

Remuneration Package / 薪資待遇

• Salary Package / 月薪可達 HK$18,000 – HK$22,000
