Customer Service Executive

We are now looking for Customer Service Executive  to join our dynamic Customer Service team.

You will be responsible for:

• Handle client inquiries, sales quotation, complaints, and follow-up
• Provide professional response and propose solutions on customers' enquiries
• Address enquiries accurately and effectively as well as maintaining professional and satisfactory quality of customer service
• Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers/sales channels request and problems
• Assists account up-selling, order processing and client on-boarding process

The ideal candidate will have:

• Quick learner, team player - we love team work
• Tertiary education or above
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, fresh graduates are welcome
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Experience in IT or Telecommunication industry is preferred
• Knowledge of Domain, Web Hosting, or e-commerce is definitely advantage
• Motivated individual with detail-minded, responsible, independent and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
