Job Description
工作職責:
• 安排及監察各分判商施工進度及監控施工質量
• 協助地盤總管及地盤管理層負責統籌及協調施工項目的安排
• 推動各項施工步驟至每個項目順暢完工
• 協助業主地盤工程監督進行日常品質檢查及監察
• 協調地盤工程師及地盤管理層履行合約的要求
• 推動及實行地盤施工品質、安全及環保工作
需要條件:
• 具備TCP T1資格
• 持有建築系監工證書或以上程度
• 持建築業安全督導員訓練證明書較佳
• 5 年或以上地盤經驗; 包括3年或以上樓宇地盤管理經驗
• 具備較少相關經驗申請者可考慮為助理管工
• 具有基本的電腦文書及圖紙程式知識及運作; 能獨立處理地盤工程文件
• 具有建築署/ 房屋署工程項目經驗
• 良好中文書寫能力及能理解英文書信更佳
