About the role

As a Purchase Team Member (Pre-owned items) at Valuence International Limited, you will play a vital role in our purchase operations. This full-time position is based in our stores, where you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing pre-owned luxury goods to add to our diverse product range. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this exciting opportunity.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct thorough appraisals of customer items and provide accurate assessments of their value
2. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service
3. Maintain detailed records of all appraisals and transactions
4. Responsible for shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment etc.
5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive evaluations
6. Work collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the pre-owned luxury goods industry

What we're looking for

1. A passion for luxury goods and a keen eye for detail
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
3. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
4. Knowledge of the pre-owned luxury goods will be a plus
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), PowerPoint)
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the authenticity and quality of purchases
8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
