Head of Programme / Senior Program & Project Officer (Building and Construction)

Duties:

• Take ownership of the designated program and be responsible for program quality
• Execute to achieve pre-set goals and explore ways to improve
• Supervise subordinates and part-time lecturers
• Contribute to and support program development, market research, and business development
• Build business networks and partnerships with professional organizations and institutes

Requirements:

• Sub-degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines; applicants for the Head of Programme position are expected to possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 6 years of working experience, preferably 3 years of relevant experience in academic program management, sales and marketing, and business networking
• Possession of local and/or non-local adult education or higher education experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in industry practices within the fields of Building and Construction
• Result-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and patient
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
