Job Description

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in accountancy or business related subjects is preferred
Professional qualification with over 5 years’ audit experience is preferred
Knowledge of listing rules and hands-on experience in handling listed company engagements and IPO
Good leadership skills and independent with drive and initiative
Solid audit experience in a reputable international accounting firm is preferred
Good command of English and Chinese, with good spoken Cantonese is an advantage
Proactive with positive attitude, and good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:
Lead teams to work on listed audit and assurance engagements for clients from a variety of industries
Manage all aspects of audit engagements including planning, execution and finalising of audit issues and the audit report
Supervise the audit of special engagements such as due diligence reviews, merger and acquisition exercises, IPO engagements
Report to Audit Partners
Manage relationships with clients effectively
