IT Solutions Manager (Pre Sales, Consultant) - Server/ Storage/Cloud solution

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Market Expansion: Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve annual sales targets for IT products, including storage, servers, big data, and cloud computing. Provide strategic pre-sales assistance to drive market expansion initiatives.
• Industry Insights and Planning: Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and industry trends. Collect and analyze market information to develop cooperative business plans with service providers and partners. Contribute to defining new business models and support the development of product features.
• Solution Design: Design product and solution configurations, prepare quotations, and develop technical proposals that align with customer needs.
• Customer Communication and Engagement: Strengthen customer relationships through professional solution consulting. Effectively communicate the value proposition of IT solutions.
• Marketing Activities: Manage and coordinate marketing activities between Huawei and service provider accounts. Take part in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Partnership Management: Contribute to strategy planning and provide professional advice on partnership management.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Storage/HCI Products.
• Previous work experience at an IT vendor, distributor, or partner organization.
• Ability to understand customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Over 5 years of direct IT experience, preferably in an international IT equipment company.
• Proven ability to manage large accounts in collaboration with Sales management.
• Track record of building long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Native Cantonese speaker, with proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
