Assistant Estate Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquires and complaints, resolve day-to-day issues and ad-hoc problems in estate management;
  • Supervision of contractors / service providers to ensure quality of services.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder, preferably in Property Management, Estate Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in portfolio property management
  • Experience in dealing with IO and / or OC is preferred
  • Conversant in BMO, DMC and related ordinances and regulations; Landlord & Tenant Ordinance and property handover procedures
  • Knowledge in Deed of Mutual Covenant, Building Management Ordinance and other ordinances related to building management
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1 or 2) Licence
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is preferred
