Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design workflow and roadmaps
• Create detailed requirements documentation that translates business needs into functional specifications for development teams
• Communicate with vendors and the business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Design and coordinate UAT
• Convert business requirements into user stories
• Participate in re-design and execution during project implementation
• Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of on-going projects through collecting end user feedback
• Responsible for current system administration & support
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst/ Project Management experience
• Experience in implementing ERP, Accounting & Finance, HR Systems
• Familiar with data analysis tools and technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, MS SQL, Jira and Python
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to handle multi-tasks with good time management
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skill and presentation skills.  Able to work independently with efficiency and be a good team player
• Think beyond the as-is process to provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
