Air Export Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of air export documentation;
• Send pre-alert to destination branch offices and agents;
• Maintain accurate update of information in system;
• Communicate with carrier/co-loader according to shipment booking;
• Report any irregular incidents to the related parties.

Qualifications

• F.5 / HKDSE or above, and Diploma holder will be an advantage;
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience of air export operations in freight forwarding industry;

• Day and Night shift is required (09:00 - 18:00 / 19:00 - 04:00) with night shift allowance and OT payment (if any);

• 5 working days per week with day off falls on weekdays;
• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be a plus;
• Working office at Metroplaza, Kwai Fong.
