招聘門店：

    香港、九龍、新界區各間分店

工作職責 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 處理店舖日常運作, 包括: 銷售、整理貨架、貨品陳列、清潔衛生、盤點貨品、收貨、貨物補充及調配
  • 妥善地處理客戶的查詢及了解需要, 向客戶提供優質服務,以及建立穩固的顧客關係
  • 向顧客說明貨品特徵、產品資訊、品質、價格，以協助顧客選擇
  • 收取款項、交付商品、開發票或收據，完成交易手續
  • 配合店長做好店内的輔助工作
  • 協助店長帶領團隊達致公司所訂立的目標
  • 為店舖同事提供培訓及指導

工作要求 REQUIREMENTS

  • 至少有3年以上的零售經驗
  • 對客戶服務充滿熱誠具良好的溝通技巧
  • 適應力強，能處理多項任務及勇於接受挑戰
  • 具責任感，積極正面及主動，願意學習，善於團隊合作
  • 良好的英文, 中文及國語會話能力
  • 具相關銷售或顧客服務經驗更佳
