Job Description
What you’ll be doing?
- Handle day-to-day clerical duties
- Maintain department database records & filing system
- Assist in preparing quotation, tender, survey and related sales document
- Assist in order coordination, customer support and related sales activities
Who are we looking for?
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizing skills
- Strong number sense and familar in advance excel skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered
