Merchandiser/Sales Coordinator - Gloves/Clothing and sportwear

To support and retain rapid growth of the Company, we are urgently looking for a competent professional to join our high performance team.

Responsibilities: -

           *  Well known of merchandising process and handling customers' requests professionally                 starting from sourcing, development, sampling to bulk production;
           *  Closely liaise with customers, factories and internal team to ensure development                          through production procedures and quality issues are running smooth and meet deadline

• Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories;
• Not only handling the existing customers base, but also had the ability to develop the new customers base to achieve the sales target and other KPIs;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Textile and Apparel Preferred
• At least 8 years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling GARMENT/Clothing/Sport Wear/Sport shoes from medium to medium-high product.
• Familiar with BOTH UK/USA and ASIAN MARKETS
• Good sense on fashion design and with concept of tooling manufacturing for prints and trims
• Great time management, well organized, proactive team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client's requirements effectively and in professional manner
• Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite
• Sound PC skills – Word Processing, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent in both written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Merchandiser/Sales Coordinator;
• Work place based in Hong Kong, travel to China and other Asian countries is highly essential.
