Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for induction training for retail teams
- Evaluate and review training programs by collecting and consolidating training results and feedback
- Work closely with Department Heads to support performance management
- Strong business analysis ability and retail knowledge
- Identify business opportunities through analysis, market research, sales performance and trends
Requirement:
- 3 years’ experience in retail sales and training operations, experience in beauty industry is advantages.
- Strong leadership, sensitive to numbers, responsibility and reliable.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic PC knowledge.
