Required Professional Qualifications:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines

Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
Knowledge / Skills Required:

Fresh graduates are also welcome

Experience in MS Windows OS installation
-
Knowledge of Windows Server and LAN / WAN infrastructure is an advantage
-
Knowledge of multimedia is an advantage
-
Knowledge of software development and various OS platforms is an advantage
Job Duties:
-
Provide PC/NBK H/W onsite support services
-
Demonstrate a good understanding of IT support delivery process and practice

Desktop support (Wintel environment)
Job Requirements:
-
At least 1 year working experience PC H/W support

Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills

Fluency in both spoken and written
-
English and Chinese
