Business Development Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Business Onboarding : Identify and engage with potential beauty and wellness businesses for partnership and onboarding onto the HelloToby platform.

• Market Research : Conduct basic research to understand market trends and identify potential business partners.

• Client Engagement : Build initial contact and foster relationships with prospective partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.

• Collaboration and Learning : Work closely with experienced team members to learn about effective business development strategies, e-commerce trends, and client management.

• Feedback and Improvemen : Actively seek and provide feedback on processes to improve the partner and customer experience on the platform.

Who We’re Looking For

• Associate Degree holders in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields

• Strong interest in e-commerce, beauty, and wellness services, with a keenness to learn and grow in these areas.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential partners and team members.

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team

• Familiarity with standard computer applications; additional training will be provided as needed

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
