Highlights:

  • 8+ yrs sales experience in cross border eCommerce in FMCG
  • Solid Experience in Key account / Distributor management (advantage with China cross border experience)
  • Mobility to travel to mainland China as needed


Job Summary:

In expanding our Hong Kong #1 IFT brand Friso’s cross-border business, we are recruiting high calibre & results-driven candidate for the position of Sales Manager (Cross Border)to join our Cross Border sales development team. In the agile & open working environment, candidate has rooms to express his/her business ownership towards the drive of business strategies and plans.


Job Description:

Work Location:Grand Century Place, Mong Kok East, Hong Kong


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives in cross border O2O & CBEC channels (e.g JD.com International / Tmall International etc)
  • Lead distributor to execute aligned business plans and achieve corresponding sales KPIs
  • Derive monthly sales demand & investment spending forecasting with data analytics
  • Coordinate & manage route-to-market demand allocation with different stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with key business partners (e.g. distributor / cross internal functional teams)
  • Monitor sales trends and competitor market intelligence to derive business implications and actions
  • Prepare and present sales performance update & business plan to senior management / business partners


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience of sales in FMCG
  • Past experience in Infant Formula Milk category and sales experience in China / Cross border are advantages
  • Expertise in working with different stakeholders for business plan implementation
  • Strong growth mindset, independent, ethical, accountable team player
  • High resilience & flexibility to work in dynamic working environment
  • Mobility to travel to mainland China as needed.
  • Excellent written, typing and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua), with good presentation skills
  • Proficiency with PC & MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular)
