(Senior) Executive, Ecommerce Sales

We are hiring a (Senior) Executive, Ecommerce Sales! This dynamic role is designed for a hands-on, digitally savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving brand growth through eCommerce and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Online Retail Platforms

• Ensure smooth daily marketplace operation and including product listing, content optimization, customer service, order processing
• Handle order fulfillment with supply chain and inventory management
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Launch optimized online advertisements through Facebook, instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools

Marketplace:

• Day to Day management of the marketplace function and expanding to new platforms
• Develop and accelerate own brand sales through new and existing products, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast-moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities
• Constantly develop and update knowledge on ecommerce and marketplaces to maintain best practice within FMCG industry

Requirements:

• Degree in a business related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and google analytics will be nice to have
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• SAP is a nice to have
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
