Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Promotion: Develop and implement brand promotion plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of both in - house and agency brands across multiple channels, strengthening brand image.

  2. Product Expansion: Research market demands, communicate with suppliers to introduce new high-quality products, enrich the product portfolio, and boost market competitiveness.

  3. Distributor Development: Actively identify potential distributors, conduct business negotiations, and establish partnerships to expand product market coverage.

  4. Relationship Maintenance: Regularly follow up with existing distributors, promptly address their needs and issues, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  5. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors, gather and analyze market data, and provide support for business decision-making.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion. Candidates with a background in the health and wellness industry are preferred.

  2. Professional Skills: Excellent business negotiation and communication abilities, proficiency in market research and analysis methods, and the capability to independently prepare reports.

  3. Keen market insight to quickly grasp trends and demands, strong project management skills to efficiently drive project implementation.

  4. Personal Qualities: Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, dedication, teamwork spirit, integrity, and strict adherence to business confidentiality.
