Business Analyst (Trading System focus)

AT Global Services is seeking potential talent who is responsible, independent, initiative, creative, communicative and interested in joining our Product Team. 

Reporting to Senior Business Analyst, this position is responsible for global projects and tracking progress to ensure delivery on time. This role acts as a bridge to increase the internal cross-departmental / cross-regional collaborations, transparency and communications to ensure the progress of the projects are meeting the expectations and timeline. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-quality product releases and enhancements on schedule.
• Optimize end-to-end operational processes for in-house products, including user acquisition, conversion strategies, and workflow efficiency improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, inform product strategy, and develop functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Architect the core logic and conceptual design of products, translating business objectives into clear functional requirements for trading, algorithm, and development teams.
• Evaluate and refine product aesthetics, user experience (UX), and visual design to ensure they are suitable for various scenarios and business needs.
• Monitor project development timelines, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with milestones through close coordination with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle, resolving challenges and adapting to evolving requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Business/Product Analyst preferably with Financial Institute
• Candidates with experience in trading system will be prioritized
• Understanding full front to back-office workflow including account opening, KYC, risk management, customer onboarding services, IB rebate or partnership management etc.
• Experience working in agile teams, with the ability to adapt and iterate quickly
• Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and system specifications, business context diagrams and business process map
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence,)
• Good communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
