Responsibilities

Conduct market research for existing projects and ad hoc studies

Collect data from various sources to identify trends and patterns;

Assist in preparing proposals, reports and presentation materials

Keep abreast of property market transactions and update databases regularly
Person Specification
-
Diploma in business administration or a related discipline
-
Experience in real estate is an advantage
-
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Independent, attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timeline
You will be working at one of our office in Kwun Tong.
