What we expect from you

As a Manager, you are an integral part of the Inditex image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
• Overview all operational and administrative tasks
• Motivate, encourage and inspire your team
• Analyze data to create the best strategy for the brand and stores
• Be an ambassador for our company’s sustainability strategy
• Understand customer needs and proactively promote sales

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer oriented and passion for home decor and the latest trends
• Able to multitask and work in fast pace environment
