Responsibilities

Develop, establish, and embed delivery plans for assigned workstreams within the overall eMPF programme

Apply standard project management practices including progress tracking, resource planning, dependency and risk management, budget and assumption control

Collaborate across internal and external teams covering technology, process design, operations, vendor management, and commercial delivery

Drive, monitor, and report on delivery progress throughout the entire project lifecycle
-
Proactively manage risks to optimize project outcomes and ensure timely delivery
-
Lead and coordinate indirect teams, including third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and accountability
-
Perform all duties necessary to support successful project execution and programme goals
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
-
Minimum 8 years of project management experience, ideally within the financial services industry / public sector

Hands-on experience in MPF project management is a must
-
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
-
Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital projects through all phases, especially testing and implementation

Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating external delivery teams
-
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
