Key Responsibilities:

• Representation & Stewardship: Serve as the principal envoy of the agency in Hong Kong, embodying its heritage, discretion, and commitment to excellence. Cultivate the brand’s prestige among UHNWIs, family offices, and private wealth circles, with a particular emphasis on cross-border investment and lifestyle acquisitions.
• Clientele Engagement & Advisory: Establish and nurture enduring relationships with elite clients, offering bespoke guidance on acquisitions spanning European estates to Middle Eastern trophy assets. Orchestrate complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions with finesse, liaising with legal and financial advisors to ensure seamless execution.
• Commercial Leadership & Strategic Growth: Spearhead business development initiatives, identifying new avenues for expansion and revenue generation. Lead a high-performing team with gravitas and vision, setting ambitious targets and fostering a culture of excellence.

Credentials & Disposition:

• Commanding knowledge of prime property markets in Hong Kong, China, Asia-Pacific, and key international enclaves.
• Financial sophistication in asset valuation, yield analysis, and return optimisation.
• Skilled in contract negotiation and structuring, with a collaborative approach to legal and fiduciary matters.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in the luxury real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Polished interpersonal skills and an innate ability to inspire confidence among UHNWIs and their advisors. Articulate, persuasive, and impeccably organised, with a flair for closing high-value transactions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, tempered with discretion and resilience.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese essential; Mandarin highly advantageous.
