What You’ll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Identify, connect, and build rapport with prospective clients within the commercial property sector
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and key stakeholders

Sales, Negotiation & Marketing

• Deliver compelling sales pitches to secure mandates for commercial property sales or leasing
• Drive business development through proactive outreach, networking, and market visibility
• Negotiate terms, structure deals, and close transactions to achieve and exceed sales targets

Market Insights & Advisory

• Stay abreast of market movements, transaction trends, and competitive activities
• Provide clients with data-driven insights and tailored property strategies that guide decision‑making
