Responsibilities
- Handle claims & litigations including format, draft, edit, and proof-reading documents
- Participate in cross-department projects in accordance with the overall arrangements of the group
- Conduct legal research
- Managing regulatory compliance and legal requirements
- Handle ad hoc projects and other assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder in law or related discipline
- Experience in construction and/ or production related organization would be an advantage
- Sound judgement and ability to read through presented facts with multiple scenario analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
