Finance Manager

The incumbent is responsible to prepare monthly financial result and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for management’s consideration to continuously improve the overall business performance needed to achieve the agreed contribution to Group financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the AP of assigned companies.

• Work with overseas Finance team and prepare the monthly Apparel’s financial results.

• Lead the team in monitoring Accounts Payable status and provide supervision on accounting matters of Hong Kong companies to comply with statutory requirements.

• Preparing the year end audit and the annual group consolidation with collaboration with auditors.

• Assist in budgeting and monthly analysis on expenses.

• Assist in cash management.

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Key requirements

• University graduate in Accounting and a qualified CPA

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting related fields with at least 2 years in supervisory role; candidates with audit experience is preferred.

• Hands-on experience in handling Accounts Payable but having experience in Account Receivable and full-set hands-on are welcome to apply. 

• Experience in using ERP system is preferred

• Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command in English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Prefer experience in manufacturing industry
