Intern, Key Account

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our Key Account team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and account management, focusing on data analysis, documentation, and customer relations.

Job Description:

- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data related to key accounts to identify trends and support decision-making.

- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and manage air and sea freight documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Customer Reporting: Generate and prepare customer reports to provide insights and updates on account performance.

- Purchase Order Management: Support the management of customer purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and communication.

- System Updates: Regularly update information in the CargoWise system to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
