Job Description
- Develop, execute and manage media buy and digital marketing strategies and objectives
- Prepare media plan, budget summary and execute advertising campaigns for multi-channels
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of different media channels and programs to optimize strategy and monetise ROI
- Drive media buy initiatives and content across social channels
- Strategize and execute programs to grow and engage audience and followers
- Conduct frequent research, prepare competitive learnings, and best practices to identify opportunities and initiatives for clients
- Prepare performance reports for clients on a regular basis
- Support in preparing some ad hoc reports and budget updates which required by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- 2 years’ relevant experience in digital and social media marketing, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Strong passion for social content with hands-on experience in social media channels such as but not limited to WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Familiar with Chinese social media will be an advantage
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Verizon Media, The Trade Deck, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics is preferable
- Sound understanding in China-related media platforms (like Baidu, 360, Tencent, Alimama, Xiaohongshu, Dianping, Douyin, DSP platform) is preferable
- Solid knowledge of website and campaign analytic tools which can use data to drive constant and educated improvement in campaigns
- Experience with social monitoring & listening platforms (i.e. Meltwater, Socialbaker, Fanpage Karma) will be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong on teamwork with the proactive and collaborative manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of spoken Mandarin & Cantonese is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred
