Responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of recruitment process including but not limited to job ads posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offer and contract preparation
- Onboarding new employees and ensuring all employees adhere to Employment Ordinance, Company policies and Employee Handbook procedures
- Maintain the personnel databases and prepare HR documentation for the full employment cycle
- Handle the monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, taxation, final payment, attendance & leave management
- Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
- Perform all-round office administration duties including but not limited to medical insurance, telephone/ mobile plan and clerical work
- Handle for any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
- Self-initiative, able to work independently and under strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

職責:
- 執行完整的招聘流程,包括但不限於發布招聘廣告、篩選簡歷、進行面試、發放聘書和準備合約。
- 新員工的入職培訓,確保所有員工遵守《僱傭條例》、公司政策及員工手冊程序。
- 維護人事數據庫,並為整個聘用周期準備人力資源文件。
- 處理每月工資計算、強積金供款、稅務、最終付款、考勤及休假管理。
- 編制和準備各類人力資源報告和統計數據。
- 執行全面的辦公室行政工作,包括但不限於醫療保險、電話/流動計劃及文書工作。
- 處理任何分配的臨時職責。
要求:
- 人力資源管理或相關學科的文憑/學位持有者。
- 主動性強,能獨立工作並在嚴格的截止日期下完成任務。
- 精通Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPoint及中文輸入法。
- 良好的英語和中文能力。
- 優先考慮能立即上崗者。
