AI Specialization:
Specialist on Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) on Large Language Model and Visual Language Model.
Responsibilities:
- System & Model Development on Reinforcement Learning from Human-Feedback (RLHF) mechanism
- Training and Fine-Tuning on LLM and VLM.
- Machine Learning or AI Algorithm Development
- Data Science & Analytics in Big Data/AI Projects
- Deep Learning / Neural Network Software Development
- R&D on AI Video / Image Analytics, Audio Analytics, Time Series Analytics, NLP Model Development
- Development on Big Data Infrastructure and Unstructured Data Store
- Product clients such as Government, Airports, Banks and other commercial sectors
Requirements:
- Project Experience on Human Feedback Reinforcement Learning (HFRL) on LLM and VLM
- Strong in Programming Language (Python)
- Strong in Algorithm Design and Programming Implementation
- Good Knowledge in System Design (for senior member)
- Strong Academic or Strong Mathematics or Strong Experience is preferred
- Understand Machine Learning Algorithms

Remuneration
- Salary are correlated with technical competence (Level 1 - 13)
