Marketing Executive

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Work in the highly dynamic and fast-growing Marketing team, assist in driving and executing marketing programs, campaigns, events and social media initiatives

• Plan and prepare monthly promotion and new product launch campaign of assigned brands across multiple channels, not limited to ATL/BTL

• Develop brand-focused materials such as social media posts, blog articles, website content, CRM communications (like eDM and Omnichat) and many more marketing collateral

• Assist on BTL programs and promotion execution

• Ensure efficient and precise communication across internal departments, agencies and business partners to support brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Assist with marketing communications and PR projects, joint promotions and events

• Support existing marketing assignments and ad-hoc projects  

Job Requirements:

• University Degree holders or above – major in marketing is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office

• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, especially in retail industry – Skincare or supplement product / Beauty / Lifestyle / FMCG preferred

• Passion for marketing, brand development, and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing innovations

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Less experience may apply for Marketing Assistant
