Quantity Surveyor （A&A）

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project's valuation and tender
• Submission of interim payment application, valuation of variation orders and settlement of final account;
• Conducting analysis of sub-contractor’s quotation and price negotiation
• Preparation of sub-contracts, certification of sub-contractors’ payments;
• Coordination with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma/ Higher Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or related discipline.
• At least 3 years working experience, with fitting out project experience is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
