Job Description
Responsibilities:
- All-round HR functions, including:
- Calculate and verify commissions for the global Sales Team, Social Team, and Account Management Team;
- Work with recruitment agencies and manage the recruitment platform, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews;
- Oversee the onboard and exit procedures for Hong Kong employees;
- Perform Attendance and Leave management;
- Handle payroll and related tasks;
- Work with new members to organize staff activities such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, and special events;
- Assist in other ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field would be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in Hong Kong company
- Proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Excel
- Strong business sense and experience in digital marketing/social media marketing company would be a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct independent research and problem-solving
