Starting Salary: Refer to the government salary scale, calculated based on recognized years of work experience.
Working Hours: 49.5 hours per week (including paid meal breaks) and public holidays, night shift not required.
Job Descriptions:
-
Oversee and monitor the health care and service standards provided to residents as well as staff supervision including duty roster, staff orientation, training and performance monitoring.

Perform professional care in delivering clinical and health interventions to service users.

Coordinate, implement and evaluate health care policies and nursing protocols.
-
Maintain and carry out integrity of drug and medical equipment stock; coordinate and arrange different allied healthcare professionals to design and provide services according to resident’s care needs, etc.

Collaborate with social, medical and allied health professionals to implement health management program, intervention groups and workshops to service users with healthcare needs involving case management.
-
Lead and coordinate health related programmes/projects with external parties (including NGO partners, funders, scholars or medium) to ensure smooth arrangement.

Keep communication with SWD regarding the license renewal, meeting the standard of the Voucher scheme requirement, and review the effectiveness of the voucher scheme.

Perform ad hoc assignments or project support as necessary.

Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans (ICP) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with SWD and internal standards.

Support infection control measures and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Supervise and guide enrolled nurses and health workers to uphold care quality.
-
Coordinate with families and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
-
Participate in admission assessments and discharge planning for residents.
-
Assist in emergency response and crisis management within the facility.
Requirement:
-
Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with valid Practicing Certificate.
-
Requires a minimum of 6 years’ relevant post-registration experience, preferably including management roles.

Experience in elderly home services will be preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people management skills.
-
Self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement, strong at team building and people skills.
-
Excellent communication skills and open to working in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English.
