倉務助理

工作職責： 

• 負責倉庫內的物品管理、出貨處理及庫存監控，確保我們的物流運作流暢且高效
• 接收、檢查和存放來貨，確保貨物的數量和質量符合標準
• 根據訂單準備、打包和發送貨物，確保準時出貨
• 定期進行庫存盤點，並使用電腦更新庫存記錄
• 維持倉庫的整潔和安全，遵守安全操作規範
• 與內部部門，供應商及快遞公司協調發貨及出貨，確保業務運作順利
• 協助完成公司指派的職務
• 協助完成所有學校活動，例如: 陸運會, 聯校活動等

要求： 

具備倉庫管理或相關工作經驗者優先

熟識電腦操作

工作態度良好，做事有條理及有耐性，能獨立處理事情

須搬運貨物及體力勞動

可立即上班者優先考慮

工作時間： 

每週五天半工作，星期一至五 : 早上8時至下午6時 及 星期六 : 早上8時至下午1時
