Product and Procurement Manager

Duties:

Lead the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management of building materials, with a strong focus on eco-friendly and sustainable construction solutions.

Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and specifications, actively promoting green building practices.

Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project timelines, budgets, and sustainability goals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize value, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, regularly assess performance, and resolve any supply chain issues.

Keep track of market developments in construction materials to identify emerging sustainable products and innovative solutions.

Stay informed about regulations, standards, and certification requirements related to eco-friendly building materials to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3-5 years of procurement experience within the building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, including eco-friendly and sustainable products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with suppliers in China is a plus.
