Boarding Officer / Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Berth booking for cruises
• Prepares invoices and receipts for Manager’s review and approval.
• Maintains up-to-date filing of related records for ISO quality management system.
• Assists with crew and passenger movements and their medical requirements.
• Assists in completing the questionnaires for the cruises
• Arrange En-route clearance for cruises
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Experience

• Form 5 or above, Degree or above in related disciplines is preferred but not necessary.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping agency or freight forwarder, but not essential.
