Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:Oversee and manage all purchasing activities across the company to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Product Data Management:Maintain and update the product database to ensure all developed and manufactured products meet customer requirements and internal standards.
Inventory Control:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure healthy stock levels are maintained to support uninterrupted production.
Vendor Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the electronic components industry
- Solid background in supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and warehouse management
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Officer; more experienced candidate will be considered as Supply Chain Officer.
