Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the full spectrum of operations and commercial performance across our business units, including Incorporation Services, Intellectual Property Centre, and Certification. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and service innovation, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term strategic goals.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and manage the strategic and operational functions of multiple business units to ensure service quality, efficiency, and profitability;
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve targets, market growth, and customer satisfaction;
  • Drive sales performance through data-driven strategies, pipeline management, and client engagement initiatives;
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational synergies;
  • Provide leadership, direction in business development, and coordinate with various functional units in developing new business;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards;
  • Represent the division in internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

What helps you succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous
  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in business operations, sales leadership, or professional services management with 3-4 years in management level; Minimum 2–3 years of PRC experience preferred;
  • Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams and achieving commercial success;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on innovation and results;
  • Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, or business associations is preferable;
  • Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong required.
