Job Description
Responsibilities:

Monitor and review the daily operation of medical centre;

Lead and train team members on customer service, handle inbound calls from both internal and external customers for general inquiries included but not limited in medical cards and insurance matters

Manage patients’ medical card / insurance benefits-related administrative and clerical tasks, including eligibility check, obtain pre-approval, medical vouchers handling and claim forms
-
Maintain and perform a high standard of customer care;
-
Supervise staff in medical centre, update and follow-up emergency cases
-
Arrange duty shift (roster) for staff;
-
Review and update the operation objectives, policies and plans;

Familiar Medical Card/Insurance Cards is a plus
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5-years’ of solid experience in medical field and clinical management;

Strong communication and customer service skill;

Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English, Mandarin is a MUST;

Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing);
-
Able to work under pressure and create a harmonious team working environment;
