Job Description
Responsibilities:

Maintain good customer service quality

Ensure good communications among all campuses

Assist the preparation of teaching materials for special programs
-
Assist in set-up of new campuses
-
Provide after-sales service and supporting documents according to school procedures
-
Assist in monitoring student progress, and to provide advice and support
-
Handle enquirers on course information and student services
Requirements:
-
Form 7 education level or above
-
1-2 year working experience in a customer service or related field is preferred
-
Good command in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese
-
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
-
Passion for children and young education
-
Flexibility in adjusting hours is required when there is an operational need to do so
-
A good team player
-
5-day work a week, including Saturdays; prepare to work on some Sundays
