Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Diploma graduate
- 2 years relevant experience in sundries items or home decoration
- Previous experience in order follow up from sampling to production
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptable, detail-minded, energetic with proactive attitude
- Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle order coordination and quotation follow up with overseas clients
- Perform merchandising duties from development to bulk production
- Responsible for sample arrangement, sourcing and lab test & packaging issues
- Assist in tracking the order status and updating information in the system
