IT Consultant.

Responsibilities :

• Identify client requirements, define scope of project and propose the best solutions to customer
• Communicate with colleagues to get information of new technology or pass them the solutions for execution
• Evaluate the resources and costs required for solutions and try to match client’s budget
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Prepare documents, reports, proposals, and presentations, regular progress update to management and clients
• Attend and host latest IT related training, talks and workshops etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines
• Five (5) years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support with proven experience in system analysis, design and development
• Solid experience in presales, technical positions of ICT solutions and managed services
• Having experience in project management is essential, PMP certificate is a plus
• Knowledge in either networking, virtualization, disaster recovery and cloud solutions is a plus
• Knowledge in either database management system, web and mobile application development, cloud computing and other latest IT technology is a plus
• Achievements in product or role-based certification (i.e. CCIE, CISSP) is considered an advantage
• Willingness to learn and self-motivated
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Having a sense of responsibility and punctuality, with a proactive attitude
