Requirements Analyst (Intern)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage the company's internal IT systems, develop system architecture and functional evolution plans based on business development needs, and oversee the entire project lifecycle.

2.Conduct demand research, analyze system functional requirements, categorize and summarize them, estimate feasibility, and communicate with designers, developers, testers, and business personnel to determine software development solutions. Organize the preparation of analysis reports and detailed requirement specifications.

3.Participate in system functional acceptance testing and organize user acceptance testing before deployment.

4.Conduct internal demand research and analyze feedback, collect and evaluate issues arising during system usage, and continuously optimize software functionality.

5.Collaborate with business departments to complete embedded service tasks.

6.Perform post-implementation evaluation and validation of delivered systems to ensure alignment with design requirements.

7.Track and resolve business-related issues.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, with strong system architecture design and problem-solving skills, or relevant work experience.

2.Excellent comprehension, bilingual (Chinese/English) communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to customer feedback.

3.Outstanding written communication skills in both Chinese and English, along with data analysis proficiency. Familiarity with Excel, PPT, and Word is required.

4.Team player with a strong service mindset, high sense of responsibility, and proactive work attitude. Strong learning ability is essential.

5.Ability to handle work pressure, including overtime and domestic business trips as needed.

6.Familiarity with C/C++ or Java, with development experience being a plus.
