Objective of the Position:

Analyze, validate and revise requirements for web & app related projects, enhancements and requests, with consideration on user experience, business goal & overall conversion. Ensure delivered projects meet user acceptance and digital performance standards. Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for comprehensive cross-platform tracking. 

What You'll Do:

• Proactively communicate with project owners and stakeholders to clarify the business objectives.

• Consult with project teams for UX and implementation solutions.

• Finalize requirements and Scope of Work (SOW).

• Review content and demo.

• Conduct project UAT.

What You Have:

• Degree holder with major in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Fluent in both English and Cantonese

• Familiar with web and app shopping platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office,

• Relevant experience with Copilot, Tableau is a plus
