Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins (calls, emails, face-to-face meetings) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate concerns to internal teams as needed.
2. Account Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Develop and maintain local Sales (B100/CGL/BHO) via different channels.
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contract renewals.
3.Strategic Account Planning
- Create and execute account plans to align client goals with ASB’s solutions.
- Forecast revenue and maintain accurate pipeline reports.
4.Collaboration & Advocacy
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Production teams to advocate for client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Share client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
5.Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights and sales report to management.
- Prepare Monthly/quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI and success metrics for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade, or related discipline, with 2 years or above of business development-related work experience. Experience in the energy industry or international trade is a plus.
- Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills; have a certain degree of market analysis and judgement, be able to flexibly cope with work emergencies, and be willing to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.
Working hours : Mon to Fri 08:30-17:30 with morning shuttle bus
Working location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
