Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, compensation and benefits, etc.;
  • Manage general office administrative tasks;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR & Admin policies and procedures;
  • Provide secretarial support to the senior management;
  • Perform ad hoc duties, analysis or projects as assigned;
  • Occasional travel to PRC and overseas is required.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines, also welcome candidates with different educational backgrounds who can demonstrate their capabilities in related field;
  • 2 years of working experience;
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-mindedness and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
